So, what's Lissitzky's importance?

1. (for architects) Lissitzky's "ProU.N." (Project for the New Art) was a pivotal concept that bridged painting and architecture, influencing De Stijl and Bauhaus movements. He envisioned Proun as "the station where one changes from painting to architecture". Key Figure in the Russian Avant-garde: Lissitzky played a crucial role in the Russian avant-garde, contributing to both Suprematism and Constructivism.
